A subscription with us costs £29.99 plus VAT per month with a connection to an approved alarm centre and security service. Our approved Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) service is accredited with NSI accreditation to BS8418, ISO Standards BS EN50518:2019 Category 1, BS5918: 2021 and ISO EN 9001:2015 for the highest standards of safety and security. The subscription has a fixed price regardless of how many components you have.
IMMUNITY requires that you have an active subscription. It is not possible to use IMMUNITY without this. The subscription includes, among other things, connection to an FG-approved alarm centre with security service, backup communication over the mobile network and battery back-up (to ensure operation in the event of an outage of the internet and in the event of a power outage) and control via app.
The subscription includes a connection to a 24-hour, FG-approved and EN-certified alarm centre with security service. You have full control of your home via the app, while the alarm receiving centre will contact you if an alarm is triggered. Not only will you be contacted but in the case of a confirmed intrusion a guard will be sent to your property. The subscription is activated automatically when the gateway is connected. The subscription price is the same, no matter how many devices you have.
The subscription runs from the agreed start-up date or the day you connect the Gateway.
You have no binding period, but there is a notice period of the current + one month. Please keep in mind that if you cancel the subscription or fail to pay the subscription, your alarm services will no longer work and you will not be protected.
If you have forgotten your password, first go to (1) Settings (2) Log out. Then you can click "Forgot Password?" and you will be sent instructions to create a new password by email.
Home = the name of the Gateway/your home (should not be changed unless you are going to give access to another home you manage).
User access = choose whether you want to give them user access (can see the devices and activate/deactivate the alarm) or administrator rights (gives full access to all functions in the app).
Email address = add their email address. The person in question must then download the app and register the user with this email address.
All registration and connection of the alarm is done in the app. You can turn the alarm on and off, see an overview of events, keep track of the temperature in the home, and set up and manage user.
We recommend everyone who has a burglar alarm have a control panel, in case you come home to be free of power on your phone, if someone needs to deactivate the alarm who does not have access to the app or if the app should be down. You can choose whether you want to mount the keypad in a suitable place or have it in another place.
You can connect as many components as you want to the Gateway. The subscription price will remain the same. We recommend no more than 100 components for maximum performance but should you require more, you can get a Zigbee booster such as the IMMUNITY smart plug to help boost your signal.
Essentially, we want customers to use network cable or WiFi as primary communication to the Gateway. In addition to this, the Gateway also has built-in e-Sim over 4G, this is always activated, but intended for use for back-up communication in the event of a loss of internet connection.
The use of e-Sim is included in the subscription.
With IMMUNITY we put the control in your hands. You can install IMMUNITY yourself using our easy-to-use guide and by following the instructions in the app. The system is very easy to install on your own. However, if you want to EN-Grade 2 certification, then professional installation would be required. We have teamed up with fully qualified installers across the UK who will carry the installation at a time and date to suit you. Our dedicated customer service team will also be on hand should you have any questions and need support to give you complete piece of mind no matter which option you choose.
As the IMMUNITY smart home security system is connected to a round-the-clock, FG-approved alarm centre, insurance companies, often favour this and can discount insurance premiums by having such a connection. Insurance companies have somewhat different practices, so contact your insurance company if the connection to an FG-approved alarm centre satisfies their requirements.
Call the alarm receiving centre and inform them that you want to test the alarm. Then test and call back when you're done. The alarm receiving centre will be able to give you information about what signals they have received during the testing.
The alarm receiving centre can be reached by calling our support number, 0844 8712223. Press 1 to go directly to the alarm receiving centre in the menu selection.
The test button on the smoke detector is only a local test on the alarm itself, this button does not send an alarm to the alarm centre, nor will you get a push notification. To see that smoke detectors are connected in series, get a push notification, and send an alarm to the alarm centre, you must trigger the smoke detector with smoke, or buy a smoke spray for testing.
