The SALUS Protect IMMUNITY 5-Piece Smart Security Starter Kit comes with everything you need to get started with smart home or small business security. The IMMUNITY System provides you with reliable protection and complete peace of mind, delivering security, simplicity and convenient full system control via the easy-to-use app.

Kit Includes: 1x Gateway, 1x Siren, 1x Keypad, 1x Motion Sensor & 1x Door/Window contact sensors.

The SALUS Protect IMMUNITY Smart Gateway is the all-in-one central communication hub that connects all the 'Immunity' security devices in your smart home system. It works even during a power outage thanks to its backup battery source and comes with dedicated hardware encryption, keeping your data safe.

The IMMUNITY Indoor Smart Siren is a tamper-protected siren that emits a loud, high-pitched 90 dB sound to deter unwanted visitors, trespassers, burglars and anyone else trying to gain access to your property or premises.

Ideal for indoor and outdoor use, the IMMUNITY Keypad is a clever all-in-one solution for controlling your security system that can function as your alarm system interface or can be paired with the IMMUNITY smart siren. 

The IMMUNITY Motion Sensor is a small, space-saving, wireless and versatile movement sensor, light sensor and temperature sensor that's ideal for home, business and holiday home security, or keeping an eye on vulnerable relatives.

The SALUS Protect IMMUNITY Entry Sensor detects door and window openings and closures for security and monitoring purposes. Once in place, the separation of the sensors will instantly trigger a notification via the IMMUNITY app.

Please note: A subscription is required to use any part of the SALUS IMMUNITY system. 

If you require installation, this is provided by a third-party provider, and all payments and arrangements will be made directly through our partner.

What are my Shipping and Delivery Options?

Next Day Delivery

We offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. All orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day. Delivery costs in the UK costs £4.60 and will be sent by our partners DPD/UK DHL between 07:00 and 18:00.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please see below our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Scottish Highlands - £4.56 subsequent parcels £3.28 (2 days delivery)

Channel Islands - £12.14 Require a commercial invoice (2 days delivery)

Republic Of Ireland - £10.93 Require a commercial invoice (2 days delivery)

Northern Ireland - £10.93 No commercial invoice required as classed as UK  (2 days delivery)

Please note that any deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands are made duty unpaid (DDU - Incoterms 2020).

Delivery costs are subject to change and we will endeavour to update this policy accordingly in a timely manner. 

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping; however, this will change in the future.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, online store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please click the ‘Download Returns Form’ below and complete all data fields. You can then email this to our team once completed.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

Please ensure you add your order number to the return so that we can process your return quickly. If we do not have your order number, this will delay the returns process. You can also add your order number reference to the address as exampled in the address below.
Once packaged please return items to the address below.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. SALUS Protect will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
