The SALUS Protect IMMUNITY Smart Plug gives you easy and convenient, smartphone control of any device or appliance plugged into your smart plug. Very simple to set up with instant connectivity, this smart plug will instantly make any connected device or appliance smart! Control via the app to turn devices on or off, no matter where you are at the touch on your smartphone.
You'll be able to control all your favourite devices or appliances, create schedules and routines for connected devices, set lights to welcome you home or optimise your energy-saving potential by turning devices off when they're not needed. You'll also be able to keep an eye on the energy consumption of connected devices thanks to the integrated energy monitoring features that can be viewed in the app.
This product cannot be used as a standalone product and should be used in conjunction with the gateway, siren, motion sensor and entry sensor.

What are my Shipping and Delivery Options?
Next Day Delivery
We offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. All orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day. Delivery costs in the UK costs £4.60 and will be sent by our partners DPD/UK DHL between 07:00 and 18:00.
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands

Scottish Highlands - £4.56 subsequent parcels £3.28 (2 days delivery)
Channel Islands - £12.14 Require a commercial invoice (2 days delivery)
Republic Of Ireland - £10.93 Require a commercial invoice (2 days delivery)
Northern Ireland - £10.93 No commercial invoice required as classed as UK (2 days delivery)
Please note that any deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands are made duty unpaid (DDU - Incoterms 2020).

Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, online store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please click the ‘Download Returns Form’ below and complete all data fields. You can then email this to our team once completed.
Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.
Please ensure you add your order number to the return so that we can process your return quickly. If we do not have your order number, this will delay the returns process. You can also add your order number reference to the address as exampled in the address below.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. SALUS Protect will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
