Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, online store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please click the ‘Download Returns Form’ below and complete all data fields. You can then email this to our team once completed.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

Please ensure you add your order number to the return so that we can process your return quickly. If we do not have your order number, this will delay the returns process. You can also add your order number reference to the address as exampled in the address below.
Once packaged please return items to the address below.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. SALUS Protect will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
Items that have been installed and activated
